В настоящей статье я не пытаюсь выставить в положительном свете какую то одну сторону конфликта, я всего лишь хочу показать объктивную информацию.
Прежде чем начать перечислять документальные фильмы и показывать хронику, необходимо разобраться в причинах начала войны и её предстории. Лучше всего представить всё по пунктам, так будет понятней:
- В ноябре 1991 г. российский президент Б. Ельцин пытался ввести в республике режим чрезвычайного положения, в связи с объявлением ею независимости;
- 1991-1993 годы — геноцид русского населения, около 30 тысяч русских Чечни было вырезано, более 200 тысяч, бросив квартиры и имущество, бежали.
- В ноябре 1992 г. федеральные войска, подавлявшие осетино-ингушский конфликт, чуть было не вошли в Чечню;
- В Чеченской республике оставалось много оружия от выведенной армии, чеченские отряды приняли активное участие в грузино-абхазской войне 1992-1993 гг.
- В 1993 году происходит раскол Чеченской республики по кланово-географическому принципу. Антидудаевская оппозиция контролировала в основном северные районы;
- В 1993 году с расстрелом парламента президент Ельцин и его окружение обретают неограниченные возможности;
- Есть версия, что неудачи в экономической сфере новой России было решено компенсировать «маленькой победоносной войной для внутреннего употребления»;
- Ещё одной возможной причиной обострения российско-чеченских отношений могла стать борьба за транзит каспийской нефти. Нефтепровод Баку-Новороссийск должен был пройти по территории Чечни;
- 16 декабря 1993 г. в Надтеречном районе Чечни был создан Временный совет Чеченской республики (далее ЧР) во главе с У. Автурхановым. Он был создан с подачи Москвы и сразу начал получать помощь финансами и вооружением;
- В апреле 1994 г. части российского спецназа начали подготовку к действиям на территории Чечни, а в августе проводилась аэрофотосъёмка местности для будущей военной акции;
- 2 августа 1994 г. глава Временного совета У. Автурханов обратился к Ельцину с просьбой считать возглавляемый им орган единственным законным органом власти в ЧР и оказать ему помощь. В Чечне началась полномасштабная гражданская война;
- Для решающего штурма Грозного оппозиции были предоставлены 40 танков, на этот раз с российскими экипажами. Итог оказался плачевным. В результате этого поражения 26 ноября оппозиция потеряла 23 танка, 15 были захвачены чеченскойправительственной армией. В плен попали около 50 российских танкистов, давших перед телекамерами показания об участии в этой авантюре российских спецслужб;
- 11 декабря 1994 г. начался ввод российской Объединённой группировки войск (далее ОГВ) в Чечню. Эти действия сразу вызвали неприятие на Кавказе;
- 20 декабря моздокская группировка заняла поселок Долинский и блокировала чеченскую столицу с северо-запада. 20-21 декабря кизлярская группировка захватила переправу в районе станицы Петропавловская и, заняв ее, блокировала Грозный с северо-востока;
- Несмотря на то что южное направление в чеченской столице оставалось открытым, на заседании Совбеза РФ 26 декабря было принято решение о взятии города;
- Штурм Грозного начался 31 декабря 1994 г.
- Общие потери федеральной группировки в ходе новогоднего штурма составили более 1,5 тыс. погибших и пропавших без вести;
Документальный полуторачасовой фильм «Война в Чечне» (события в Чечне 1991-1996), созданный группой патриотов — журналистов газет и телевидения, при участии Александра Арсновского — попытка осмыслить кровавую и жестокую «непонятную войну”, которая велась в Чечне на протяжении почти двух лет.
Этот документальный фильм затерялся на фоне известного фильма Нижегородского телевидения 60 часов Майкопской бригады и на фоне Невзоровского «Ада», и к сожалению и сейчас его не показывают по телевидению, но именно этот «сбалансированный» я ставлю на вершину списка, почему? да потому что он охватывает все уровни войны и действительно выворачивает все её причины (или почти все).
Его отдельные выводы могут показаться спорными и даже противоречивыми, не укладывающимися ни в одну из двух официальных точек зрения — Москвы и Грозного.
В фильме использована редкая и порой малоизвестная хроника боев, снятых западными, российскими и чеченскими операторами. В работе над лентой совместно участвовали люди, смотревшие там друг на друга сквозь прицелы автоматов…
Грамотный фильм. Редко попадаются фильмы, приближенные к правде.
Разве что некоторое утрирование местами присутствует, но также присутствует и недоговаривание (побаивается все же журналист всю правду говорить). Сдержанный фильм.
Там есть все — и казнь Басаевым главы Веденского района, и казни российских военнопленных, и горы трупов с обеих сторон.
И хроника боев (подчас — очень редкая, которую я НЕ видел в других фильмах)
Но суть не в этом — а в том, что этот фильм лучшая попытка анализа,
происходивших там событий и попытка понять — кому это выгодно.
Вторым видеоматериалом было бы правильно поставить хронику или воспоминания участников войны в Чечне, но я напомню про Геноцид русскоязычного населения.
Тогда в начале 90-х больше 200 тысяч русских покинули Чеченскую республику в поисках спасения от беззакония, от беспредела и политики геноцида, которую новое руководство Чечни ставило в основу своей политической программы.
За жизнь русского не давали и гроша, только официально пропало без вести и было убито около 30 тысяч человек. Посреди дня могли ворваться в дом и вырезать всю семью, грабежи и убийства стали обыденным явлением, сотни задокументированных свидетельств выживших в этом безумии бандитизма — до сих пор повергаю в шок. Многие из ныне живущих в России людей даже и не подозревают об этом.
За сводками военных сообщений о ходе антитеррористической операции осталась как бы «за кадром» страшная работа, которую начала проводить Генеральная прокуратура в освобожденных районах Чечни. Это вскрытие массовых захоронений людей, убитых при прежней чеченской власти. Бандитский, чисто криминальный геноцид русскоязычного населения в шариатской Ичкерии сопровождался жестоким гонением людей по религиозному признаку. Фактически православие масхадовскими властями на территории Чечни было объявлено вне закона.
Следующий цикл из трех фильмов «Дорога в Ад, Собачий вальс, Вся война» был сделан тогда еще почти никому неизвестным Александром Сладковым и Игорем Беляевым (хорошо известный документалист в СССР). Три документальных фильма о Первой чеченской войне сделаны из хроники 1994-1996 года, с тех пор фильмы по всей видимости ни разу не показывали на телевидении.
Интересный момент — в самом начале первого документального фильма Александр Сладков комментирует начало штурма Грозного с крыльца президентского дворца — столь большая лояльность со стороны чеченцев была возможно обеспеченна Игорем Беляевым, который за два года до этого снял фильм о Джохаре Дудаеве «Дуки».
В дальнейшем кадры из фильмов Сладкова-Беляева были растащены по другим документальным фильмам и видеороликам о войне в Чечне.
Первый фильм созданный Игорем Беляевым вместе с Александром Сладковым на
его материалах, привезенных с мест событий: рассказывается о начальном
этапе первой чеченской войны начиная с 11 декабря 1994 года.
Второй фильм о нападение отряда Радуева на г. Кизляр и последующие события в селе Первомайском. Об этих событиях можно посмотреть еще один интересный фильм от телекомпании НТВ — Первомайская колонна.
Третий фильм это — Рассказ о ситуации в Чеченской Республике, сложившейся весной, летом
1995 года, после занятия Грозного федеральными войсками. Надежды на
окончание войны, маротории на ведение боевых действий со стороны
федерального руководства. Трагическая развязка в августе 1996 года.
Хроника войны в Чечне — больше 2,5 часов видеозаписи заснятой на позициях 276 МСП, рассказывают участники боев за город Грозный — исчерпывающая информация.
В конце Января 1995 года, после взятия «Белого дома», в г.Грозный из Екатеринбурга направилась группа корреспондентов 4-го канала с девушкой-репортёром Лерой, для того, чтобы взять интервью и снять короткий репортаж о боевых достижениях офицеров и солдат Уральского 276-го мотострелкового полка. Позже данный репортаж не был транслирован по средствам массовой информации, но был любезно предоставлен работниками телеканала позже одному из бойцов полка и в данный момент предлагается к первичному просмотру.
В отличие от фильма «60 часов Майкопской бригады» данный репортаж не имел монтажа и предоставляется в том объёме, в котором был заснят. В нем вы увидите первые спокойные дни полка, расположившегося в военном городке г. Грозный, после месяца боевых действий, а так-же интервью Командира полка, офицеров и прапорщиков, солдат дивизии и так-же 2-х уцелевших солдат Майкопской бригады, присоединившихся к полку.
В конце лета 1996 за город Грозный опять шли бои, съёмки подполковника Колосова Сергея.
Фильм сильный. Короткие интервью с российскими командирами и бойцами сменяются реальными сценами боя и эвакуации раненых с передовой. Заснят период с апреля и по конец августа 1996 года. Вначале снимают колонну бронетехники. Далее танкисты рассказывают как подбили их танк. Затем снова колонна мотострелков, проход через населённый пункт, перестрелка.
Основная часть фильма приходится на первую половину августа — то же самое подразделение в Грозном (что за часть я не понял, вроде как батальон), попытка деблокации окружённых блокпостов и комендатур в Грозном, очистки города от боевиков. Впервые увидел вывод мирного населения из района боевых действий — люди бегут с баулами, детьми на руках. Двух пожилых женщин выносят на руках и носилках бойцы, так как они не в состоянии идти сами. Их прикрывают российские солдаты. Жуткие картины извлечения сгоревших из танка с помощью проволоки и ремней.
Показан развёрнутый на скорую руку полевой госпиталь — не хватает медикаментов, очень много раненых. Потери по словам бойцов до трети личного состава. В последней части фильма коротко показан концерт для личного состава проходивший 30.08.1996. Видно, что войска уже вывели из города. В тот момент полным ходом шли мирные переговоры, заканчивалась первая Чеченская.

Операторы работали на совесть, снимая порой под пулями, не отставая от своих героев ни на шаг.
